According to Te Whatu Ora's most recent figures on maternity deprivation, 14 298 mothers who gave birth in 2020 belonged to the most deprived quantile. Further 13 620 new mothers belonged to the second most deprived percentile. 

We firmly believe that it is up to us as a community to do something about these figures. Mum's wellbeing is just as important as baby's. This is why we have made it our priority to customise our donations according to mothers' needs during pregnancy and postpartum. 

We work with hospitals, women's refuge centres, emergency housing organisations, social workers, budgeting services, foodbanks and other professionals, to ensure that our donations are utilised where they are most needed. We are based in Auckland but we distribute nationwide.

All donated funds by individuals and businesses are only spent on purchasing donation items for women requiring material assistance, and shipping fees. 

We facilitate a second home for preloved maternity and breastfeeding clothes, intimates and accessories. We also encourage our recipients to return reusable items when and where possible.
